Loch Mór Cider Company | 890 Danforth Rd, Hillier

Hours: Saturday-Sunday 11-5

Specializing in small batches of dry cider crafted from freshly pressed apples on-site, Loch Mór Cider showcases expertise in patiently waiting until the fruit reaches peak flavour before harvest. Established in 2017, the family orchard spans over 10 acres and is meticulously planted with a selection of apple trees cultivated over centuries in both Europe and North America. This thoughtful cultivation aims to produce a cider rich in tannins and complexity.

Each blend contains carefully selected heritage and cider varieties, which are pressed on-site and fermented slowly at low temperatures. Many of the ciders are bottle-conditioned, creating a natural, fine stream of bubbles. Some are fermented naturally with wild/house culture yeast & others are inoculated with strains of wine yeast.
